In a note, the Honorable Maria Cristina Caretta of the Brothers of Italy party, Vice President of the Agriculture Commission in Montecitorio, commented on yesterday's approval in Veneto of the law on live decoys, a law that has already received positive criticism from the hunting world.
A long-awaited answer
Caretta said: "The Veneto Regional Council's approval of Law 313, proposed by Councilors Giuseppe Pan and Joe Formaggio, is a long-awaited response for the hunting community. It puts an end to the long-standing uncertainty surrounding live decoy rings, which has penalized hunters in the Veneto region, particularly in the Vicenza area."
Clear and transparent rules
Now we're starting again with clear and transparent rules, standardizing identification tools for live recalls, with irremovable numbered rings, a regional database, and a self-certification system. The center-right majority, even in the local areas, confirms its position as a concrete governing force, attentive to everyone's needs. I once again thank Councilors Pan and Formaggio, Councilor Marco Andreoli, President of the Third Regional Commission, and the entire Veneto Regional Council for the sensitivity they've shown thus far. Keep up the good work.
