The decision
Bartolomeo Amidei, Senator of Fratelli d'Italia, asks to ban hunting, not only within three hundred meters of the structures of the farmhouse restaurants, but also from the lands included therein and used for tourism purposes or containing animals intended for tourism purposes.
The text
This is the amendment: In amendment 12.0.1000, paragraph "Art. 12-bis", after paragraph 1 add the following:
«1-bis. In Article 21 of Law No. 157 of 11 February 1992, paragraph 1, after letter e), add the following:
e-bis) hunting activities near agricultural businesses open to the public, educational farms, and agritourism facilities no closer than 300 meters from buildings, enclosures, stables, or accommodation facilities associated with such businesses; no closer than 300 meters from the boundaries of land used for educational or recreational activities; and no closer than 300 meters from pastures or enclosures containing animals bred or housed for educational or tourism purposes. The Regions shall adapt their hunting regulations within 180 days of the entry into force of this law.
