I Regional Winter Championships continue to grow and keep attention high at the start of this 2026 season. Last weekend, the circuit confirmed all its vitality, transforming every event into a moment of meeting, comparison and passion for Clay Pigeon Shooting throughout the country.
Two thousand quota
From Friday, January 30th to Sunday, February 1st, the facilities once again recorded significant numbers: 2.128 shooters on the range, spread across 24 facilities in 15 Italian regions. This is the third consecutive weekend in which the 2,000-person mark has been exceeded. This figure speaks volumes about the participation and enthusiasm that are accompanying the Regional competitions, which unite both the north and south of our country and engage athletes and enthusiasts of every discipline, both Olympic and non-Olympic.
Central appointment
From Olympic Trench to Skeet, including Compak Sporting, Universal Trench, and Propeller, the program was packed. Behind each competition, the hard work of the host club staff ensured timely and high-quality organization, helping make the Regional Winter Championships an increasingly central event in the life of the local shooting communities (source: FITAV).
