If the government scheme had been previously shared with the representatives of the sector such criticalities would certainly have been lower, with a faster and easier parliamentary path. The defendant organizations consider it positive that the parliamentary committees which have already expressed their opinion have accepted part of what is stated in the common position. However, it is hoped that the opinions of the XNUMXst Chamber and Senate Commission will take into consideration the other important questionsi, neglected so far, which risk discriminating our country, penalizing the sector, users and sporting activity. The working table thanks the parliamentarians who have shown commitment, sensitivity and interest in the consider the issue from a technical rather than an ideological perspective, aimed at distinguishing the requirements necessary to implement European legislation from what appears unreasonable and inadequate to an already advanced discipline such as the national one.
The hope is that the competent Ministry, in drafting the final text, will comply with the regulatory provisions and the indications of the parliamentary committees, avoiding more restrictive regulations than the European ones, and start a harmonization path that leads to having in Italy a level of regulation similar to that of other European countries, introducing simplifications that do not reduce the level of safety but result in less bureaucracy and lower costs for administrations, citizens and businesses. Finally, the gathered organizations agreed on the need not to drop attention to the activities of Parliament, Government and Administration, continuing to strengthen the coordination of the sector in order to guarantee all its components for the future as well.
