There is a way of understanding rifle shooting that goes beyond techniqueIt is what puts true learning at the centre, continuous practice, direct comparison with those who build the weapons, regulate them, and know them down to the smallest details. The spirit of the Bergara Academy, returned last June to Spoleto For its second Italian edition, it's exactly that: three immersive days to learn to shoot better. And understand more. The Bergara Academy format is now well establishedA limited number of participants, a top-notch technical team, and a program that combines theory, practice, and range practice, with no frills or pressure. An experience designed for those who truly want to grow as shooters, improve their approach, and optimize their equipment. And put themselves to the test, with top-notch tools and instructors who truly know how to teach.

Leading the field and classroom sessions, Giovanni Di Giulio, Bergara Brand Ambassador for Italy, a reference figure for the Spanish company and a profound expert in the dynamics of rifle shooting, and Francesco Legnante, technical manager for PARD, a brand that has stood out for its innovation, reliability and performance. The presence of Legnante has allowed us to delve deeper into the world of thermal vision in a professional and concrete manner, highlighting the quality of PARD solutions, capable of making the difference when shooting in complex environmental conditions, even at night.

During the three days of the Bergara Academy, participants were able to test different rifle models on the field bergara, flanked by optics Delta and the latest thermal imaging cameras PARDThe shooting, conducted at increasing distances up to 400 meters, was an opportunity to put into practice what was taught in the classroom: reading the wind, shooting positions, optical adjustments, recoil management, trajectory calculation. All under the careful supervision of the two instructors, with real-time corrections, technical advice, and an approach that was never boring, always personalized.

One of the most appreciated sections was the evening one, dedicated to the night shooting with thermal imaging. Here PARD technology has shown its full potentialSharp images, acquisition speed, accuracy, and intuitive operation impressed even the most experienced shooters. These weren't just product tests, but real-world scenarios where distances, temperature, contrast, and detection were managed.

What makes it special Bergara Academy It's not just the quality of the equipment provided. It's the environment. The serious yet relaxed working atmosphere, the constructive discussion, the absence of any commercial or demonstrative approach. Those who participate do so to improve themselves, and those who teach do so with passion and method. It's a dialogue between those who know and those who want to know more. A training ground for shooting and awareness.

At the end of the three days, each participant takes home more than just a technical knowledge. They take home a different way of understanding shooting. More responsible, more refined, more aware. And this too, today, is a form of hunting ethics. Bergara, Pard and Delta They've proven once again that the future of shooting lies in training. Real training. Training done on the field, with real people, in real conditions. And for those lucky enough to participate, the Academy wasn't just a course: it was an experience.
See you at the next Bergara Academy.
