The Lombardy branch of the Stelvio National Park has updated its column on large carnivores, an event created to keep residents informed about the presence of these animals in the area. There's undoubtedly some interesting news.

Orsi
In recent days, a report was received just outside the park boundaries, but it has not been confirmed. The last confirmed sighting in the Lombardy sector of the PNS remains the one that occurred in the first week of June near Oga.
Lynxes
Since the last recorded sighting in June, no new lynx movements have been recorded. It's currently unclear whether this was a temporary occurrence or whether the animal may become a permanent resident in the area.
