Experience and knowledge
“Knowledge of the territory, experience, spirit of collaboration with the forces of order, civic sense at the service of the community. There is a bit of all this in the chronicle of the detention of the sadly problematic young Dutchman in that of Torre Mondovì”. This is stated by the FIdC President of Piedmont Guido Dellarovere. “An applause to the Federcacciatori and associates who actively contributed to the successful outcome of the operation, masterfully guided by the provincial vice-president of Federcaccia as well as the president of the municipal section of Mondovì Emiliano Negro – continues the Regional President.
Full and complete availability
From the first hours following the incident, I was informed by the Provincial President of Cuneo Livio Salomone of the full and complete availability given to the forces of order by the Federcacciatori Monregalesi, yet another demonstration that when there is the need to operate in the woods and mountains, the only ones who are always present are the hunters, too often reviled and insulted for their passion. On this occasion, as on other occasions, it clearly demonstrates that hunting is not just about shooting, but knowledge of the territory and above all respect for the environment” Dellarovere reiterates, underlining that, as often happens in the event of a request from the authorities, the hunting world responds immediately in a prompt and concrete way, as the Monregalese Federcacciatori did on this occasion.
An important social action
“Thanks once again to the hunters of the 'Granda', who have worked with excellent results. Emiliano Negro and his Federcacciatori will be remembered for this important social action aimed at the safety of the entire community, including our historic detractors” concluded Guido Dellarovere. “I join President Dellarovere in applauding our Piedmontese managers and registered members – declared the National President of Federcaccia Massimo Buconi – Once again hunters have shown that they are a strong component deeply rooted in the fabric of the community, always ready to put service of others, whether they are the authorities or fellow citizens, their ability to move in often harsh territories and the knowledge of little-known places. Whether it's for the search for the missing or to support those in need in some way, hunters are always ready, regardless of criticism and ungratefulness, to give their contribution. An underestimated value and vilified by those who cannot go beyond the playful aspect of hunting without understanding its complexity and importance for society (source: FIDC).
