Following the determinations arising from the recent Regional conference on hunting, begins the in-depth work on various issues, which will then have to be addressed in view of the drafting of the new one Regional Hunting Wildlife Plan. Particularly with regard to the management of small sedentary game, a qualitative leap is needed that leads to the re-establishment of a new relationship and a new alliance between hunting and agriculture.
The new PSR of the Tuscany Region (Rural Development Plan 2021-2027), which will follow the reform of the new CAP (Community Agricultural Policy) represent the new frontier of this possible agreement, based on the production of biodiversity and measures related to agronomic practices, which could really make a difference in restoring optimal conditions for the species concerned. These and other topics will be addressed in the conference promoted by the CCT of Pisa with the sponsored by the municipality of Capannoli, where in addition to technical relations, a discussion will open between hunters, farmers and institutions on fundamental issues for land management. The participation of Marco Remaschi, Councilor for Agriculture, Hunting and Fishing of the Tuscany Region and the Regional President of Coldiretti Toscana Fabrizio Filippi.
The interventions of Marco Salvadori (Regional President of Federcaccia Toscana), Francesco Rustici (Regional President of ARCT) and Marco Romagnoli (CCT Secretary), will bring into the comparison the point of view of the hunting world, engaged in relaunch of management prospects in Tuscany through the authority of a strong unitary subject. That of Capannoli is just one of the many initiatives that the CCT and its confederate associations will develop in the area in the coming weeks, the goal is to inform hunters and give strength and support to useful proposals and necessary to restore perspective and authority to hunting in Tuscany.
