People seeking prominence and visibility have recently – the latest episode being the self-convened (?) assembly last Saturday in Colle Val D'Elsa – raised their accusing fingers against the Associations that created the CCT for a law , the one on the management of ungulates, the contents of which, waking up from a hypnotic lethargy, they became aware of decidedly late.
Gratified and satisfied by having been "consulted" directly by the Councillor himself, they perhaps bought blind and were then absent for over a year from the battle and the intense debate that, in the meantime, the Tuscan Hunters' Confederation was conducting, inside and outside the Palace, to correct distortions and limitations, placing the role of the wild boar hunting teams at the centre and demanding that the ATCs have effective competence to determine the methods and tools suitable for the management of ungulates.
This is an ongoing commitment, which the Tuscan Hunters' Confederation has expressed since the early stages of the legislative process last year; its positions have been documented in press articles, on major websites, and, most importantly, by the formulation of proposed amendments throughout the various stages, from the committee debate to the regional consultation on March 18th.
Now, with the enthusiasm that characterizes the latest arrivals, the "leaders" of the anti-association frond are clamoring for the same things; also in this case with a day delay compared to what was reaffirmed by the CCT in the meeting with Councilor Remaschi (see press release of Friday 18th). It's never too late, read the title of an old TV show dedicated to the illiterate.
If anything, it is surprising that the temptation to join this choir also seems to yield Associations, present at the last meeting in the Department, which on that occasion waved to express agreement with what was expressed by the CCT. To those in good faith who risk falling into the traps set by some arruffapopolo, the CCT reminds us that the unity of the hunting world and not its fragmentation is the main way to obtain concrete results. Before it's too late…
Moreover, the CCT will continue in its action, in defense of all hunters and the correct management of the fauna.

I can't understand what the central role of the teams means. Because if this means absolute monopoly over the whole territory of the wild boar with consequent interventions in hunt in the white areas where previously other hunters have performed sedentary game launches, then I know that many volunteers who sacrifice every year go to catch and throw they will stay in bed with their wives. But what have you launched the wild boars in the white areas? The topic is ungulates and not pheasants or hares or other animals. The teams pay a lot of money annually for the registration of the various components and it is not right that it is suddenly said that everyone can hunt wild boar, without rules and at all times of the year. Moreover, the problem arises from the fact that wild boars find refuge in those areas where traditional driven hunting is prohibited and it is thought to solve the problem without involving the teams in the area. However, they have already decided to do so and it will be hard to convince those in charge to go back. Strange, however, that there are no positions taken by environmentalists / animal rights activists, because what will be is out of any rule so far embraced in Italy.
