In a crowded hall in front of over 150 hunters, the assembly organized on Friday 5 December in Capannori (LU) by Confederation of Tuscan Hunters. The central topic of the evening was focused on examining and introducing hunters to the revision process of the regional hunting regulations, the main contents and proposals presented in recent weeks in the consultation tables and the guidelines on the new Regional Hunting Wildlife Plan. In the recent Regional Conference on Braccagni's hunting, the Confederation of Tuscan Hunters had reiterated several times the need to operate within an organic framework avoiding making choices, even of a territorial nature, without a general correspondence.
Therefore, no to “excerpt plans”, especially on wildlife institutes before the approval of the new Regional Hunting Wildlife Plan. Yes to a careful and timely revision of the regional legislation and regulations, aimed at overcoming some critical issues that have arisen in these years of application. On these and other aspects, they have followed one another the interventions of the regional councilor Marco Remaschi and Marco Salvadori, regional president of Federcaccia Toscana. After a constructive debate and some interventions by the participants, both Remaschi and the head of the secretariat dr. Diego Santi, reiterated their desire to proceed in compliance with the indications signed a Trackers and guarantee the time necessary for the approval of the measures in question by both the Executive and the Regional Council.
The Confederation of Tuscan Hunters and its member associations will remain vigilant, reserving the right to evaluate whether the words will be followed by the facts on the declared commitments and if above all, as regards the future of wildlife institutes, the procedures and provisions currently in force will be respected, pending the new planning tool. From some rumors of these hours, it seems that we want to speed up the establishment process and the transformation of numerous institutions that would lead to the inevitable subtraction of huntable territory in the various Tuscan provinces. If this happens, we will not hesitate to take all possible ways to prevent a drift not supported by the regulations and without any element of comparison with all the stakeholders.
