Hunting: Tuscany, the Region modifies the Regional Law and moves the removal of non-compliant fixed positions to 31 December 2014.
La The Tuscany Region, also following the pressing and motivated solicitations of the Confederation of Tuscan Hunters, which gathers Federcaccia, Arcicaccia and Anuu, has approved an amendment to the regional law of 12 November 2013 n.65 which now extends the deadline to 31 December 2014, says the illustrative report, for “the removal of artifacts for fixed stalking which have different characteristics from those provided for in paragraph 6 bis of the same law ".
This is an important measure, which restores serenity and now allows the Region itself to prepare measures that overcome those “interpretative difficulties as well as possible conflicts with the national legislation on the subject” which made the first extension appropriate. The intent is to insert an overall reorganization of the discipline of the artifacts for the exercise of the hunting from fixed position; the law on the government of the territory is still being examined by the Council, hence the extension.
" hunting from stalking - comments the CCT - constitutes an important piece of the history and hunting traditions of our region and deserves to find forms and ways that allow, in compliance with the regulations but without accepting interested interpretative forcing, to preserve them and pass them on to future generations ".
