Culinary tradition
Allocate to Food Bank the meat of wild ungulates killed as part of regional control plans, in order to expand the supply of proteins with a valuable food linked to the Tuscan culinary tradition. With this objective, the Region has promoted a public notice which will be reviewed today, Monday 4 December 2023.
Appointment in Florence
The appointment is at 13pm in the Exhibition Hall of Palazzo Strozzi Sacrati, in Piazza Duomo 10 in Florence. The Banco Alimentare Foundation is an Italian non-profit organization that deals with the collection of food and the recovery of food surpluses from agricultural and industrial production and their redistribution to charitable structures spread across the territory which carry out welfare activities for the most deprived people.
The presence of the Region
The vice-president of the Region and councilor for agriculture Stefania Saccardi, the councilor for the right to health Simone Bezzini and representatives of the Food Bank will participate. (Source TUSCANY REGION)
