The draft law containing the amendment to the current regional hunting regulations concerning hunting stalking has been approved by the Veneto Regional Council.
The Regional Council approved by a large majority (the IDV group abstained) the bill, the first signatory was the leader of the PDL Dario Bond, joined by the councilors Reolon (PD) and Possamai and Furlanetto of the Northern League, who it is proposed to modify the current regional hunting regulations as regards the regulation of stalking.
The objective of the law, illustrated in the classroom to the president of the “Agriculture, hunting” commission, Davide Bendinelli, is to streamline the bureaucratic process for the construction of stalking that are not made with fixed foundations and are, therefore, easily removable.
Such stalking, especially the elevated ones, the so-called “roof terraces”, used above all for hunting ungulates and wild boars, can be made without the obligation to obtain building suitability from the Municipality, replaced by a simple communication.
The province has the task of identifying the areas in which it is possible to build the roof terraces, fix their number and establish their construction type, it being understood that these artifacts must not be closed or equipped with works such as electrical connections or heating systems. This is what we read in a note from the Veneto region.
