The Assembly of the Veneto Regional Council proceeded to summarize the Regional wildlife-hunting plan 2022–2027, thus giving concrete implementation to the proposal of the Regional Council aimed at ensuring full and effective validity, without solution of continuity, of the regional wildlife-hunting planning instrument. In this way, an immediate and effective response is given to the uncertainties and critical issues deriving from the application of the sentence of the Constitutional Court". The regional councilor for hunting, Cristiano Corazzari, thus intervenes to comment on the vote of the regional legislative assembly on the 2022-2027 wildlife-hunting plan.
Value to the measures
“We decided to act immediately – adds Corazzari – with the proposal for an administrative provision for the Council, a provision that the regional council adopted the day after the publication of the same sentence. In this way we ensure the validity and value of all the measures and procedures carried out up to now with this wildlife plan, from February 2022 and up to today, such as: the punctual and effective tabulation of the fauna conservation and protection areas, the concession, after extensive and articulated investigation, by the institution of stolen funds, the approval of the hunting calendar for the next hunting season.”
The implementation steps of the plan
"The implementation of the Plan following the sentence - concludes the Councilor - will allow expeditiously proceeding with all the subsequent obligations, also through the enhancement and development of the method of comparison and sharing with the various interested and involved stakeholders which has accompanied all the implementation steps of the Plan implemented so far" (Source: VENETO REGION).
