Victrix Armaments: independence also achieved in the Military and Law Enforcement sector

The new corporate structure of the Italian brand brings with it two great innovations: total control of the distribution of the military market and the change of name.

For many companies turn ten years old it's just an occasion to celebrate. For others, especially those engaged in a continuous process of growth and innovation, these are instead goals that they bring with them new stimuli and goals to achieve.

Rottigni Mechanical Workshop has represented in the last nine years the creator and manufacturer of Victrix Armaments, today it has become much more, thanks to solid investments, acquired knowledge and technological innovation brought to the sector. For this reason, the Bergamo industrial group has decided to bring together all its activities under one name: Victrix Armaments. A company capable of covering all phases of its famous product, from design to production, from distribution to after-sales assistance.

Distribution represents the further new piece of the work put on track by Victrix Armaments: from March 2024, in conjunction with the corporate restructuring through repurchase of Beretta Holding shares, Victrix Armaments has reacquired the distribution in the sector military e law enforcement, as already happened in 2020 for distribution in the civilian market.

On the occasion of the last board of directors of the new members, the company collected a declaration from CEO Giuseppe Valtorta: “It is a very important step for Victrix, we have always been innovators, precursors and a little irreverent, today we also become independent again demonstrating how the vision and flexibility to anticipate the markets belong above all to Italian SMEs.

A comment then also came from new commercial director of Victrix Armaments, Gianluca Majer: "We are ready. We already have a sales network for the civil market that covers both the national and international territory, we are only talking with the most serious interlocutors to build a distribution exclusively dedicated to the sector military e law enforcement.
