Righini was very clear on this point: "We wanted to give a concrete response to the requests coming from the ATCs, the hunting teams and the entire hunting sector, which for some time had been asking for more stable rules and less bureaucratic formalities.".

Finally, the councilor added: “This change will allow for better planning of activities and more effective management of the species, which is particularly important for the protection of agricultural production and land security.
