THETerritorial hunting area of Pescara along with that Chieti-Lancianese and with the patronage of the Province of Pescara, it has organized a very interesting conference that will deepen the future prospects of pheasants and partridges in Abruzzo. The event will take place on November 4th at 16:30 pm at the Sala Tinozzi of the headquarters of the Pescara province. The objective is to analyze the best management models considered "winning" as regards these two species, following the indications of ISPRA and the best experiences at national level.
After the greetings of Anthony of Mark, number one of the Province of Pescara, Dino Pepe (regional councilor for hunting), Gianni Guardiani (president of ATC Pescara) e Conrad DiNardo (president of the Chietino-Lancianese ATC) discussions will begin. Game biologist Roberto Mazzoni Della Stella will talk about what needs to be done for boost pheasant, while the technician of the Fauna Residential Office of Federcaccia Valter Trocchi will deepen the national action plan for gray partridge.
The technical-wildlife biologist Fabio De Marinis will deal with the first results in the management of pheasant and partridge in the two Abruzzo ATCs, before closing (at 18:30) with the round table. Participation in the conference will be considered useful for completing the course for partridge censor of the same national action plan.
