ACV-CONFAVI files a formal complaint against the animal rights activists who at HIT 2015 addressed serious offenses and threats to all visitors.
If the managers of some hunting associations consider it more advantageous to maintain dialogue with the enemies of the hunting, even going so far as to sign a pact with the enemy, the Associazione Cacciatori Veneti-CONFAVI believes instead that the enemies of hunting, repeatedly distinguished by their violent, uncivilized, offensive and threatening behavior, must take responsibility for their misdeeds in the face to the law. On 23 February the Hon. Sergio Berlato and the President Maria Cristina Caretta filed a new formal complaint / complaint with the Vicenza Police Headquarters against animal rights activists who, on February 14, on the occasion of the HIT SHOW 2015 Fair, indulged in very serious offenses and threats to damage to anyone passing by their pathetic garrison located at the entrance to the Fair. Despite the recent heavy sentence, inflicted against animal rights activists by the Justice of the Peace of Belluno, has led to a notable decrease in anti-hunt demonstrators, which have gone from forty units in the previous editions to eleven units in the edition just ended, visitors to the Fair of Vicenza were however the subject of the excesses of the remaining demonstrators who, with their vulgar offenses, did not distinguish between men, women or children.
"We believe it intolerable that the police, with all the work they have to do to try to ensure our safety seriously threatened by growing crime, have been forced to waste a day of their precious time to escort eleven frantic who have not had nothing better to do than cover with insults and threats anyone who passed near the enclosure within which they were confined ”- stated Maria Cristina Caretta, President of the Associazione Cacciatori Veneti-CONFAVI.
“We are convinced - commented the Hon. Sergio Berlato - who after the heavy sentence inflicted on animal rights by the Justice of the Peace of Belluno, who demonstrated that even in Italy, if you want, justice can triumph, other judges will also condemn, both from a civil and civil point of view. criminal offenses, the repeated perpetrators of acts that are as uncivil as they are unacceptable ". In this regard, the Associazione Cacciatori Veneti-CONFAVI has already confirmed that a civil party will be formed in the trial against animal rights activists, to protect the integrity of the many hunters who have been heavily and gratuitously offended by the demonstrators.
