The defendants were eight, accused in various ways of aggravated continued private violence, manslaughter with death as a consequence of another crime, ideological and material falsehood, abuse of office, slander and aggravated injuries. The period examined, on the other hand, runs from 2003 to 2007. An agent of the Forestry Corps was sentenced to three and a half years of imprisonment with a five-year ban from public office.
Two and a half years were inflicted on two volunteer hunting guards with the accusation of ideological falsehood.
