In recent days, the Police of Aversa (Caserta) triggered the handcuffs on the wrists of a 49-year-old resident of Lusciano and who turned out to be an important activist of the group ALF (Animal Liberation Front). The latter is unfortunately famous for the damage to the hunting lodges and the threats e attacks on hunters. In particular, the man has been responsible over time, starting from 2015, for vexatious and violent conduct towards elderly parents and sister.
The behavior had now exceeded all limits, especially towards his father, against whom he had addressed death threats and offenses, beating him numerous times with kicks, punches and slaps where he did not consent to the numerous requests for money of the son. The father's courage in suing his son allowed the Police of the Anticrime Squad to intervene and build an important evidential framework, which ended with the request by the local Public Prosecutor to issue a provision of a personal precautionary nature.
Investigations revealed that on several occasions the elderly father had to seek medical attention for the beatings suffered, even because he was tied to a chair with adhesive tape and beaten several times with strong kicks in the knees, so much so that he lost consciousness. Other times the man was damaged by his car tearing the tires with a knife and hitting the body with a bar.
