The data are eloquent: the Lombard company could count 419 employees four years ago, while today the plant boasts 655, therefore over 200 more in the space of four years. As explained to the newspaper by the president Stefano Fiocchi, the improvement was obtained thanks to the investments relating to US civilian market, whose orders are always a guarantee of business success. Most of the hires concerned production workers.

It is no coincidence that Fiocchi will compete for a supply contract to the army right in the transalpine country: it is 60 million euro overall, with a duration of ten years.
