Honorable President De Luca, in the current historical moment, now more than ever, the citizen requires politics to act with determination, reasonableness and fairness, avoiding, above all, to exacerbate hateful, as well as unexpected, discrimination. In this perspective, in an attempt, not always easy, to reconcile the need to protect public health, with that of avoiding the worsening of the serious economic crisis that, atavistically, grips the whole of Italy, and Campania in particular, the numerous legislative interventions that have taken place in recent months should be seen.
It was therefore considered a priority to ensure the necessary economic support to all those productive categories that have suffered a slowdown or, unfortunately, suspension of work. Subsequently, adequate feedback was provided to all those needs of a playful nature; and then it became clear that the adoption of measures aimed at avoiding the spread of the COVID 19 contagion does not preclude the possibility of carrying out a whole series of activities which, due to their intrinsic characteristics, can ensure the necessary social distancing, thus avoiding , the dreaded gatherings.
And then we saw, for example, swarms of cyclists, rather than runners, swarming along the roads, the reopening of the shooting facilities, the hunter of mushrooms or truffles was able to return to the forest, like the sport fisherman that of the river, and so on. The resumption of these activities was authorized in the awareness that it would be very difficult to create a favorable situation for the proliferation of the infection. Only the requests coming from the trade associations of an activity, completely superimposable to those that have benefited from the aforementioned exemptions, have never found any response: the HUNT! The classic rivers of ink have been poured out to sensitize politics to the resolution of the contingent problem, because there are others that can well be defined as atavistic, emphasizing, in particular, that, as regards hunting activity, the distancing is imposed by law. , as well as common sense !!!
President De Luca will recall, because there is no reason to believe that he has not heard of it, that already his October ordinance, the one relating to the prohibition of inter-provincial mobility, heavily penalized the hunting activity in the Campania Region. In particular, it was emphasized that the de quo provision inhibited the exercise of hunting activities to Campania citizens, mostly belonging to the Province of Naples, for whom the registered residence did not coincide with the hunting one. No feedback on this has ever been given to the innumerable instances to authorize interprovincial travel to reach the ATC they belong to! Subsequently, measures of a national nature divided the Italian regions into zones characterized by a red, orange and yellow color.
No problem arises for the red areas, where hunting is precluded by the prohibition of circulation in the absence of valid reasons, as well as for the yellow areas, characterized by free circulation (except Campania, where the well-known prohibition of inter-provincial mobility was in force) . On the other hand, the story has once again taken on interest for the Orange Regions, given the notorious ban on leaving the Municipality of residence. Well, numerous Regions, with specific ordinances, have waived this prohibition, thus authorizing the move from the area of the Municipality of residence, in order to reach the ATC registration. The Campania Region was asked to adopt a similar measure, but even this request has not found any response, if not the well-known and very broken reaction of some of his political associates with animal rights.
A crack opened on the day of December 20, when the Campania Region returned to be classified among the yellow ones, so that it materialized, for numerous nembrotti, mostly residing in the Province of Naples and / or in Municipalities without a territory to be sold, the concrete possibility of resuming hunting. But this eventuality was averted by the well-known ordinance no. 98 of 19.12.2020, where in the Campania Region, until the end of 23 December, the prohibitions of the so-called area apply. orange, ergo no generalized recovery of hunting. President De Luca, in all sincerity, it is not possible to understand the reason for so much ostracism towards hunting that, it is hoped, does not depend on the will of some of his political associates, of animal rights, elected with negligible voting percentages ( decimals !!!).
President De Luca, your (re) election was almost a plebiscite and numerous Cacciatori have placed their trust in you, claiming protection and dignity like all other citizens; does not fail your mandate or, unfortunately, those who have preferred it will have to change their minds on their choice. President De Luca, do not neglect to assess that the failure to resume hunting in the Campania Region will amplify the well-known problem of damage to crops caused by the so-called species. problems, as, several times, denounced by the Agricultural Associations, in which this note is participated. This is what all the Campania hunters are asking for, claiming equal dignity with respect to all other citizens and voters.
