The National Council of Rome
The National Council of. took place in Rome on Friday 22 December Arch Hunting. Convened for the approval of the 2024 budget forecast and the obligations regarding membership, it was an opportunity for an in-depth reflection on today's hunting and future prospects. To counterbalance the satisfaction with the maintenance of the membership and with a balance sheet with the accounts in excellent condition, the concern for the future of the hunting activity.
A dangerous road
The President's report focused on this, describing in great detail the attacks to which, in recent times, hunting activity has been subjected not only by the animal-environmentalist world, but also by part of the agricultural and political world which, thanks to the major hunting associations, is taking the path of privatizing the hunting activity. An intolerable hypothesis for Arci Caccia, which will fight to maintain a social, sustainable hunt within everyone's reach.
The next events
A position, that held by our association, which has attracted attacks from "hunter-friendly" politics both at a national and regional level with the support or connivance of both part of the agricultural world and, even more seriously, the hunting world. Presence at all the major fairs has also been decided: Eos, Game Fair, Caccia Village, etc... among whose pavilions, like every year, we will meet and discuss with hunters.
