The test of strength of the consortium composed of Cia, Confagricolutra, Federcaccia, Enalcaccia and EPS continues, on the renewal of the ATC Perugia 1 and Perugia 2 management committees, in fact on 10 August, in second call, as regards the ATC Perugia 1, instead of presenting a program and seeking an agreement on the contents, a letter was presented signed by Federcaccia, Enalcaccia, Cia, Ekoclub, Confagricoltura and EPS, with the request to be included in the agenda of the session. The note states that the members appointed by Arci Caccia, the Province of Perugia and Urca are incompatible, having in their view a conflict of interest with the committee, guilty of being signatories of an appeal to the TAR against the ATC, therefore to the the moment in which the request for inclusion on the agenda of the session was not accepted, the consortium left the session, making the quorum missing. On the other hand, as regards the ATC Perugia 2, the quorum to proceed with the vote was not reached, having presented 9 members out of 20.
In the light of the facts, someone needs courage in saying: that we do not work to occupy seats but to make the agricultural and hunting world converge on a concrete program, when the program has not even been presented and that it is concrete to very little, as for convergence, it is difficult to think of making someone converge, if one leaves neither the possibility of making proposals nor a minimum margin of negotiation, or rather leaving out the agricultural, hunting and environmental associations that are not welcome. The road taken by some agricultural associations does not seem to us the best, at least we would have expected a very precise program from them, instead they too have limited themselves to being signatories of the letter that the committee considers illegitimate, it seems very little for continue to demand and support the presidency of ATC 1.
The belief is that the ATCs are the last bastion of a social and participatory hunt, for this it is necessary to oppose fruitless occupations, which over time have produced widespread discontent among hunters, the ATC is the home of all porters. interest linked to this world, therefore this body must be the highest democratic expression of this world, where ideas are proposed, possible solutions are developed and plans are implemented to improve the environment, hunting and support agriculture that has always been our ally, only when we know how to reinvent the ATC free from political and partisan interests, making it the point of connection between modern society and the hunting world, will we be able to guarantee a future.
At this point the ball passes to the President of the Province of Perugia, who we hope will appoint their respective Presidents in the short time, but above all, given the situation that has arisen, take into account that there is a need for change and a cultural turning point in this world. Given the current situation, as soon as the final balance sheet of the ATC is approved, frankly with a lot of delay, we will proceed with the renewal of the ATC 3 committee, given the current situation, we ask not to repeat the mistakes made, given that the 'Arci Caccia is not available to support presidents or committees that are children of unshared agreements, but above all without a program.
First of all, hunters are citizens and deserve respect, they are tired of games and subterfuges, while politics continues to play on our passion, which is sometimes carried out with great difficulty, including economic ones.

The undersigned Stefano Facchini, also on behalf of the representatives of CIA, Confagricoltura, Federcaccia, Enalcaccia, EPS; and Ekoclub, communicates the following to those present.
According to Article 11 paragraph 2 of the Regional Law of Umbria n.14 / 94 the Urca association, represented here by Mr. Alfredo Argenio, is eligible as Urca itself is not present in the National Council for the Environment.
