The animal rights appeal
We receive news that the appeal to the TAR presented by the extremist animal rights associations at the TAR of Tuscany, for the cancellation of a part of the Hunting Calendar, was rejected. We thank the Region for the excellent work done and the TAR for having done justice to the umpteenth, useless, expensive, ideological and absolutely unfounded appeal.
In particular, we thank the officials of the hunting office who have produced a long, precise and detailed memorandum that accompanied the departure from the ISPRA opinion; work appreciated by almost the entire hunting world. Thanks to the data produced by the technicians of the Region, the Court reiterated two important things: 1) the data of the TUSCANY REGION promptly justified the deviation from the Ispra opinion; 2) Ispra data (including Kc 2021) are not entirely certain, because they are in contrast with those of other countries.
Responsibilities of animal rights activists
So, let's get the professionals of the sector and the official science to work and the results will come. Now we want to ask ourselves two questions: will the animal rights activists, after wasting time and public money on the Court and the Region, will they also resort to the Council of State? Until when will these gentlemen be allowed to clog the courts and take advantage of tax breaks on these appeals?
