Arci Caccia: Veneto, meeting of the Hunting Associations with the councilor Stival and the technicians of the Region, “A positive step forward for hunting”.
A note from Arci Caccia reads "We consider it appropriate, to clarify the hunting world by trying to avoid inappropriate speculations, to send a press release on what happened on August 6 in the Veneto Region regarding the expected technical meeting, which we hoped for, between the associations Veneto regional hunters, technicians and councilor Daniele Stival. Associations present at the meeting were, in addition to us from Arci Caccia, EPS, ANUU, FIDC, Libera Caccia, Enalcaccia, Italcaccia. The topic under discussion had to be the so-called "Hunts in Deroga", but it was soon "slipped" on the discussion about the Hunting Huts and the Hunting Calendar. On the "Exceptions" we have updated on the latest regulations and recent interpretations, from the European Directive 147/2009 to the Community Law approved on 31/7/2013 by a very large majority by Parliament (which for example makes the opinion of the ISPRA binding and which allows the government to challenge and annul the Regional Resolutions on the subject), to the responses of Europe and the Ministries to the questions of the Region: we are left with the commitment, given the changed situation, that everyone works internally or collectively to bring concrete proposals to be evaluated with the Regional Department to allow, despite the LEGISLATIVE difficulties that have arisen, the hunt for the "small migratory" also for the 2013/2014 season.
We then moved on to the discussion on the Capanni da Caccia which, after the sentence of the Constitutional Court n. 139/2013 which has "overruled" the recent regional law on the subject, have become a big problem to be solved. It was observed all together, but this was also clear to the Veneto Region, that the resolution of the Giunta n.1393 of 30 July 2013 to integrate the Hunting Calendar, which excludes the need for building authorization, does not cover the landscape problem that , as established by the Constitutional Court, is one of the issues that have made Veneto legislation in contrast with national legislation and have led to its annulment.
In this context, like Arci Caccia Veneto, we have suggested an interpretative process to try to overcome this "stumbling block": we have therefore undertaken to send to the technicians of the region and to the Councilor Stival a "memorandum for a Venetian sentence fixed stalking" elaborated by our national structure with specialized lawyers, who help to adopt a quick Regional Resolution, given the emergency, which also gives an answer on this aspect, giving tranquility to those who practice hunting from fixed stalking in the Alpine Districts as in the Territorial Areas.
On the Hunting Calendar we have instead taken note of the appeals received, noting that even if they "pass", they should not invalidate the entire administrative act as in the past. The meeting ended with the commitment on the part of everyone, to update us quickly upon returning from vacation to give, as soon as possible, certainty of the right to hunters for the next opening of the hunting season, using the necessary prudence not to carry out harmful acts. , perhaps done quickly.
In conclusion, as Arci Caccia Veneto, we express satisfaction with the progress of the first regional "concertative" technical table.
