Arci Caccia Veneto writes to the Regional ANCI on the issue of stalking huts for hunting.
Regarding the issue of fixed stalking, the regional president of Arci Caccia has issued the following statement: "In the wake of the dozens of initiatives that the national hunting associations are trying to do to save the fixed hunting stalks for the 2013/2014 hunting season , waiting for a regional measure to which we are all working to take shape, we proceeded (as can be seen from the letter below) to ask for a meeting with the Anci Regional President.
We basically ask, given that the Mayors are moving in no particular order, to find us to find a shared, uniform form, in the face of the sentence of the Constitutional Court which repealed Law no. 25/2012 on fixed positions. Not to have a favorable treatment, but a univocal interpretation, a common administrative process, to safeguard a historical-cultural heritage represented by this hunting practice ".
Below is the letter sent to the regional president of ANCI:
"
To the c.a
Veneto Regional President Anci
Dr. Giorgio Dal Negro
Il.mo President,
I am hereby asking you, quickly, to meet with the other Venetian hunting associations, to discuss the Capanni da Caccia problem (fixed stalking).
After the ruling of the Constitutional Court which repealed important parts of the regional legislation on fixed postings, many municipalities, in no particular order, have moved to regulate the legislative gap with resolutions of the council or council: therefore a regional address is needed to try to standardize the acts. For this reason, in agreement with other hunting associations, I am asking you to meet quickly to discuss these problems and seek a shared and uniform solution.
The hunting season opens in early September, we would like to give certainty of the law to our members, so I kindly ask you not to make us wait too long. In the meantime, know that we are also moving with the regional councilor responsible for the matter, but the times risk becoming too long and leave the hunters in confusion, for this reason we consider it useful to move on several "fronts" and also for this reason we ask you a meeting.
With best regards
Giuliano Ezzelini Storti
Veneto Regional President Arci Caccia
