As happens every year theTerritorial hunting area of Pescara it is organizing the ungulate census, specifically wild boars and deer. The Abruzzo region and the Higher Institute for Environmental Protection and Research (theISPRA got the task to draw up the regional hunting plan) have set two unique dates to carry out the activity. It is about Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 April 2017, with two sessions at sunrise and sunset: in this way the collection of information throughout the regional territory it will be homologated and harmonized.
The census form to be used during the same will also be made available. The development is similar to that of previous years, with "fixed" points that trace the map of 2016. All the pick-hunters and selecontrollers of the Pescara ATC have been invited to the meeting that will take place at the Sala dei Marmi of the Province of Pescara, in order to organize the census in the best possible way.
The operators will be distributed in a homogeneous way in the predetermined points with the delivery of the specific material, that is to say the maps with the lookout points. Participation in the census is mandatory, as required by the operational specification which regulates selection hunting in this part of Abruzzo.
