An ambitious and innovative project for the development of the new information system for the American subsidiary allowed him to take on the role of Project Leader in Beretta Holding SpA in 1997. Once again in Fabbrica d'Armi, thanks to the professional experience gained, he was promoted to Network Manager and distribution information technology. Subsequently, having promoted the birth of corporate CRM, the development of Block Chain technology and specific software for NFT management, he holds the role of IT Manager. In fact, he can be considered one of the company's ferrymen towards industry "4.0". Excellent teacher and mentor for all young talents, he is one of the main promoters of corporate digital projects, considered the key to success for streamlining and simplifying production and organizational processes.
Arrighini has always kept alive the dialogue and comparison with all the "sister companies" in order to carry out transversal projects that include profound exchanges of skills. “It is a great honor for me to receive such an honor. Beretta represents my second family and I would like to share this personal achievement with all my collaborators: it is a team success. The vision of the Beretta family in terms of innovation represents the best possible stimulus to reach ever higher goals: all these years of work have passed very quickly precisely because the challenges and new projects have been daily. And for this I will always be grateful ”.
Lorenzo Castiglioni. Born in 1963, married since 2003 to Chiara Bonardi, a civil lawyer, and father of Maria, a 17-year-old student in the third year of the "Da Vinci" Linguistic High School in Brescia. Castiglioni graduated in Civil Engineering at the Milan Polytechnic on February 8, 1988. He began his career at the "Pietro Beretta" Arms Factory on November 3, 1992 where he is asked to personally follow the introduction of the simulation. in the specific sector of small arms: a pioneering project at the time, but which immediately made a decisive contribution to the definitive transition from a traditional research and development sector to an innovative one. A real revolution in the way of designing: his work made it possible to anticipate the behavior of the weapon in the various operating conditions, thus allowing the choice of the best solution even before making the prototypes. In the recent past, the most important project that saw him directly involved was that of the APX pistol, Beretta's iconic weapon.
Over the years, engineer Castiglioni has pursued with constancy and dedication the goal of innovating and experimenting with new technologies, comparing himself with the best experts operating in other sectors, such as aerospace and automotive. Passionate about history both in terms of reading and research and visits to significant places; he practices skiing ("But only if the snow is natural") and is a motorcycle travel enthusiast: with his trusty vehicle he has traveled over 100 thousand kilometers since 1995. "I welcome with great satisfaction this honor that the Company has wanted to recognize to my work. In recent years I have had the full opportunity to apply my knowledge, methodologies and approaches usually confined to the academic field in an industrial context. Each Beretta product I measured myself with represented a challenge for me: I am convinced that computer simulation will play an increasingly central role in the development of new products ".
