Art and poetic texts have always recalled the cultural value of the bird , and Giovanni Pascoli in particular is considered the first poetic "chioccolatore" who exploited onomatopoeia. "Chioccola…mente" also featured a practical workshop led by Camillo Prosdocimo, who encouraged the children to listen to and recognize bird calls.
A final selective test awarded prizes to 15 students who deepened their knowledge of the chioccolo technique through field trips, tent-pitching demonstrations, and a fun "hunter's bingo ." The goal of the initiative is to forge new social relationships of mutual aid and collaboration: hunting once again demonstrated the profound cultural aspects of hunting , far beyond simple recreational activity.
