“We are extremely satisfied with the results of Caccia Village,” said Andrea Castellani. “These numbers not only reflect the organizational commitment, but they bring with them a positive impact on the territory and the local economy. The new 'Customer Care' service has made the visit to Caccia Village an opportunity to discover the beauties of Umbria. Our fair continues to be a point of reference for hunters, but we do not forget to also offer moments of in-depth study, ranging from dialogue with trade associations, to the scientific world, up to the institutions.”
Important presence and support also from local and national institutions, who visited the fair during the days and which culminated with the visit of Minister Francesco Lollobrigida on Sunday.
This year's edition saw a 10% increase in the number of visitors, but also in exhibitors, with over 380 companies presenting the latest innovations in the sector. The visit itinerary offered a wide range of experiences, from simulation to food, to shows and cooking shows, transforming Umbriafiere into an authentic village dedicated to hunters and clay pigeon shooting enthusiasts.
The “Cibo Selvaggio” container curated by Chiara Comparozzi, instead presented the first multidisciplinary training HUB project for chefs and industry professionals who want to get closer to wild meat supply chains.
A project born in collaboration with Fondazione UNA and Tenuta Borgo Santa Cecilia, which will bring chefs to a deep knowledge of the use of wild meat, with a training module in the field, where the trainers will be hunters, nutritionists, game wardens, veterinarians and experts in the field, to provide chefs with knowledge of everything they need to know before the meat arrives in the kitchen.
Excellent feedback for the focus “Extreme Shooting Village” and for the Cinghiale Day which saw wild boar hunting enthusiasts as protagonists, receiving themed gadgets from companies. The success of the shooting lines and the shows of the international record holders Raniero Testa and Davide de Carolis was confirmed.
Success also for the training sessions, talks and conferences that captured the public's attention on the most current and important issues for the hunting and agricultural sector. As well as for the eagerly awaited appointment of the ENCI VILLAGE with the national gathering of hunting dogs. Caccia Village is therefore confirmed as a unique event, which grows year after year with the aim of offering an engaging and quality experience, enriched by thematic content relevant to the public and the hunting and agricultural world. Special thanks go to all the institutions, associations in the hunting, agricultural and clay shooting sectors and to the companies that choose Caccia Village as a promotional showcase and a place for meeting and dialogue.
