Caccia: Stival, "worrying statements from Berlato, Venetian reality lost sight of".
“Obviously, the great zeal with which the Hon. Berlato takes care of European hunters made him lose sight of the hunting reality of our Region. I have read his statements, which are at least worrying, because they are accompanied by many serious inaccuracies ”.
With these words, the regional councilor for hunting Daniele Stival responds to the criticisms addressed by the MEP to the regional resolution that regulates hunting in derogation for the 2010-2011 season.
"An obviously short memory - adds Stival - probably prevents him from remembering that last year there were 3 resolutions on the subject: one on 6 October, one on 30 October and one on 6 November which suspended withdrawals in derogation!".
Defining the references made to the TAR's decisions as “fairy tales”, Stival asks “if Berlato wants us to apply resolution 3601 of 24 November 2009 which provided for the possibility of hunting for 27.063 brambles and 81.797 starlings, that is, a pseudo hunting in derogation. In this case - concludes the commissioner - I'm not there ".
