Stop hunting a Castel Cerreto. It was decided by the hunters themselves who, through the local section of Hunting Federation, have asked the hunting area of the Bergamo plain to inhibit the activity in the Treviso area. The reason is simple: the area needs to be repopulated by the typical fauna. To confirm everything there are a series of signs, hung in recent days, who say that from now on - and until further notice - it will be forbidden to hunt, in wandering form, feathered and furred game such as hares, partridges and pheasants.
The affected area is the one that goes from the Peliza farmhouse to the chestnut wood, then in the west area of Cerreto. Behind the decision there is not only the sensitivity towards the fauna of the area, but also the desire to preserve the characteristic grove from the many visitors / walkers, as always very popular by those who love to make excursions both on foot and by bike (Bergamonews).
