Ninth edition
New Year, “old” (and above all welcome) habits. The Tenuta Bonicelli Trophy, the dog event that takes place on the grounds of the agritourism-hunting company of the same name, in Ceresole d'Alba (in the province of Cuneo). There is a number that comes up repeatedly in this 2025 edition of the now consolidated event, 9. In fact, this is the ninth edition of the Trophy and the first valid test has been scheduled for next March 9. According to various cultures, this number is linked to luck, the same that the organizers hope for, who can count on the success of previous editions.
Who can participate
The debut of the Tenuta Bonicelli Trophy 2025 will take place with a test on woodcocks for pointing dogs without shooting (free for all). There will be 6 categories in the competition:
- English “Hunters”
- English “Elite”
- English “Young People”
- Continental “Hunters”
- Continental “Elite”
- Continental "Young"
The meeting is scheduled at the Piedmontese estate at 7:00, with registrations that can be completed by March 7 by contacting Lorenzo Verra at the number 3289623945.
Awarding the trophy
After having mentioned that it will be possible to have lunch on site, it must be said that prizes are foreseen for the first 3 classified in each category, in addition to the prize for the best young person. The final Trophy, a pyrographed cutting board, will then go to the best subject of the test. The assignment will concern the best subject with the highest score determined by the sum of the points obtained in the various tests of the circuit. A splendid occasion for so much conviviality and to admire up close some splendid hunting dogs.
