Fourth appointment
The third weekend of May offers a rich weekend of competitions for competitors and enthusiasts, which will feature the Olympic specialties of Trap and Skeet as protagonists and the amateur ones, among which the most notable is the SportingWhile at the Tav Umbriaverde-Todi in Massa Martana (PG) the boys and girls of the FITAV Youth Sector will compete in the 2nd Grand Prix of the season, Sporting at the Tav Laterina (AR) will celebrate its 4th Grand Prix.
A single day of competition
The competition will consist of 100 clays, to be shot in a single day. Each shooter will be able to choose whether to shoot on Saturday or Sunday, in the morning or afternoon round. In the event of a tie, the series shot on the chosen range will be considered for any ranking. This information will be communicated by the Coordinator before the competition begins. Participation is open to FITAV members of all Categories and Qualifications who have renewed their membership for the current year. In addition to the prize money provided by the Federation, the top three finishers in each Category and Qualification will receive FITAV medals.
Italian tricolour
The event is part of the National Team selection process, which determines the men and women who will represent the Italian national team in the major international events. From Friday, May 15th to Sunday, May 17th, the Regional Summer Championships will continue, with competitions held at 14 different venues across the country. The events will include Compak Sporting, Universal Trench, Propeller, Trap1, and Combined Shooting, with events in Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Emilia-Romagna, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Marche, Molise, Piedmont, Tuscany, and Veneto (source: FITAV).
