Luigi Viscovo, Mauro D'Angiolillo, Luigi Palomba, Ester Iannotti, Simone Boccanfuso and Mario De Donato. These are the names of the six standard-bearers who shone on the platforms of the Tav 2020 Mazara di Mazara del Vallo (Trapani) on the occasion of the Regions Trophy of Fossa Universale concluded yesterday. The Sicilian facility welcomed in the best possible way the teams of the 12 Regions and the 119 shooters who, over the weekend, competed to win the coveted Trophy for the 2024 season.
The winners' score
Thanks to the excellent performance of its six representatives, Campania deserved the privilege of climbing the podium to the top and graduating as the best Region thanks to the total of 542/600. The second step was taken by the Lombardy team composed of Pietro Zecchi, Claudio Armiraglio, Livio Elli, Riccardo Bianchi, Paolo Frigerio and Roberto Gallo, authors of a total of 538/600.
Other noteworthy numbers
Third on the podium was the Sicilian team with Francesco Mozzicato, Luca Baldo Annaloro, Maurizio Annaloro, Giuseppe Fiume, Nicolò Feo and Vincenzo Triscari who, by just one point of delay, had to settle for the bronze medal with 537. Compliments are due to Stefano Narducci, in the team with Tuscany, who with his 98/100 recorded the highest score of the competition (his partial scores were 24, 24, 25 and 25, ed.). Honor to the winners, but also thanks to the teams from Umbria, Lazio, Marche, Veneto, Piedmont, Calabria, Tuscany, Emilia-Romagna and Puglia who contributed to the success of the competition with their participation (source: FITAV).
