Renewal requests
As approved in the Resolution concerning the CAV 2023, it is envisaged that, from the date of 31 March, it will no longer be possible to present the applications for the renewal of the fixed stakeouts and for the registration for the selection hunting exams in paper form but only in digital mode with portal RT Hunting. We are not against this innovation in itself, progress and digitization cannot be stopped. However, we are the spokesperson for the older part of the hunter population, the one that is not able to carry out this process independently.
Digital mode
It doesn't seem right to us to force an otherwise autonomous person to resort to someone's help to carry out an operation digitally that he has been doing for years and which he will unfortunately do for a few more years. Moreover, we detect another problem of no small importance in forcing people to reach the CAV offices or the larger and more equipped sections, with the equipment also required of the CAVs, from the more peripheral locations, when previously applications could be sent by Pec using a simple smartphone.
Inconveniences to avoid
For this reason, while not wanting to oppose the digital transition process in any way, which we indeed hope will involve all types of questions, we ask that the paper option be maintained in any case, so as not to create unsustainable inconvenience for those who, due to age or distance geography, you find it difficult to fill out the applications in digital format or cross an entire province to reach the CAV office. To help a smoother transition to the new system, while insisting on maintaining the paper option, we ask to be able to directly access, as CAV operators, the hunters database also in FrontOffice mode, in order to fill in the questions and eliminate that gap that unfortunately technology places in front of those who are not inhabited to use it continuously (The Associations that make up the Control Room of Tuscany: Arcicaccia, Enalcaccia, Italcaccia and Liberacaccia of Tuscany).
