Woodcock's dinner
In the frame of Villa Nachini Cabassi a Horn of Rosazzo, in the province of Udine, thanks to the commitment and stimulus of the director of the local hunting reserve Carlo Vescul and his collaborators, hunters and winemakers organized a dinner, called Cena della Beccaccia, with a large participation of enthusiasts and gourmets, who have been able to combine the pleasure of a game table and good wine with social commitment and charity.
The amount collected
The proceeds from the dinner were in fact donated to Aisla for research against ALS and Luca Onlus. A beautiful initiative that is repeated over time and which over the years has made it possible to donate the tidy sum of 50 thousand euros to charity.
Game dishes
The dinner was prepared and made truly special by the game dishes prepared for the occasion by the starred chef Daniele Cortiula combined with the wines presented by the master sommelier Renato Colautti, both members of the Italian Hunting Federation, who donated their time and professionalism for free to support such an important cause (source: FIDC).
