Italian acquisitions
The abbreviation CSG (Czechoslovak Group) has become quite familiar in our country in recent times as far as the arms sector is concerned. In fact, it is the Czech holding company that holds the majority of two highly respected companies such as Perazzi and Fiocchi Munizioni. His “hunger” would not be satisfied. What has transpired in the last few hours is a confirmation of this.
The financial increase
The multinational Vista Outdoor should soon give the green light to CSG's acquisition of The Kinetic Group. The base price for the deal was increased by another $40 million and the total now stands at around $2 billion. The calendar year 2024 is also spoken of as the most likely one for the conclusion of the acquisition.

CSG, formerly known as the Excalibur Group, currently includes more than 100 different companies, as well as 10 employees across the planet. Its headquarters are located in Prague and its operations include the most varied sectors, starting from the arms sector and moving on to aerospace, railways and the defense industry.
