For its part, the Abruzzo Region has said it is rather calm about the matter, as emerged from the words of President Marsilio and Councilor Imprudente: "We take note of the ruling with serenity and trust towards the judicial authority, just as we did not produce any euphoric consideration on the occasion of the previous order of the TAR that did not accept the request for suspension, arguing the legitimacy of the administrative procedure".
