Two days still
There are really just a few days left until the inauguration of EOS-European Outdoor show, the trade fair for the hunting-shooting-outdoor and fishing-nautical sectors which starts on Saturday 17 February and continues until Monday 19 at Veronafiere. The calendar of events and accompanying events is complete and very rich: there are over 40, including product presentations, awards ceremonies, opportunities for cultural enrichment, courses, conferences and debates.
Game supply chain
EOS show, due to its leading role in the sector in Italy, interprets the importance of the wild game supply chain, promoting the event called "Wild meat, gourmet cuisine", in partnership with Franchi and Fondazione UNA, in a space dedicated to pavilion 10, in which to host a mix of show cooking shows, with tastings and tastings based on game meat and information and entertainment modules for the public, on Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 February 2024. It starts at 10,30 on Saturday with chef Stefano Marinucci who will offer creative ideas, processing and pairing suggestions.
Igles Corelli at EOS
At 12, after the inauguration of the fair, Marinucci will be joined by the "father" of game cuisine in Italy, chef Igles Corelli. Marinucci will prepare a green risotto with wild boar sausage and mountain toma ice cream, Corelli his famous "Roe deer becomes tuna" (photo above), rack of roe deer marinated in soy sauce and honey, wild field herbs. Again on Saturday, it will be the turn of Renata Briano, president of the Scientific Committee of Fondazione UNA and chef Anita Stogbuchner (source: EOS).
