Large exhibition stands
From 8 to 10 February 2025 EOS Show is ready to return to the scene, with its fourth edition within Veronafiere. The UITS, which for its members will have the opportunity to offer a reduced-price ticket - purchasable online, free for Under 12s and people with disabilities -, will be one of the protagonists of the event with a large exhibition stand that will be open to visitors every day according to the event hours: Saturday and Sunday 8 and 9 February from 9 am to 18 pm, Monday 10 February from 9 am to 16 pm. This edition of EOS will open with a special tribute to the Olympic and Paralympic medalists in shooting and clay shooting. In the Inauguration ceremony scheduled for Saturday 8 February at approximately 12:30 pm, the Italian Shooting Union will play an important role with the presence, alongside the President Costantino Vespasiano, of its Olympic and Paralympic medalists, namely Federico Nilo Maldini, Paolo Monna and Davide Franceschetti.
Journalists Championship
The EOS Show will also see the return of the EOS Trophy, the 10-meter air rifle and pistol competitions, organized inside the UITS stand: two contests that offer important prizes, with registrations to participate in the competitions that will open at the beginning of the new year. All registered participants will be able to benefit from a free daily entrance ticket to the Verona exhibition. Still on the subject of competitions, Monday 10 February will be the turn of the Italian Journalists Championship, which after a few years returns to be disputed with an air pistol competition to assign the tricolor title of the category.
A total event
During the three days of the event, it is worth remembering that in addition to the "competition area", the UITS stand will also provide a test area with simulators and technical tools ready to show newcomers to Shooting how to get started with shooting. In short, EOS 2025 will also be a total event not to be missed, with a thousand new features and curiosities for hunting, shooting, fishing, boating, outdoor and dog lovers. The organizers' goal is to set a new attendance record (37.500 in the 2024 edition) aiming for at least 40.000 (source: UITS).
