A week early
After the record of 40 thousand which certifies the constant evolution in public appreciation, EOS SHOW is already working on the next edition, which will always be hosted by Veronafiere. To meet the needs of the public and exhibitors even better, in 2025 the date already communicated at the end of the 2024 edition will be brought forward by a week: it will start on Saturday 8 February, until Monday 10. The most interesting news is certainly that contacts are underway to add a new pavilion dedicated to dog breeding with breed rallies and with the final phases of the Best in Show 2023 and 2024 organized by ENCI - the national body for Italian dog breeding, already present in 2023.
Data from 2024
A new layout of the pavilions will be necessary, also to accommodate all the new exhibitors who have requested. EOS show 2024 has already gathered the best of the country and other countries (40 represented). The total number of companies represented was 676. There were 295 direct exhibitors from the hunting and shooting sector, 19% more than the 2023 edition, while the brands represented grew by 34%. There were 48 weapons manufacturers, who represent an all-Italian excellence, with distributors, six more than in 2023.
Areas of interest
Just under 40.000 visitors from all over Italy and also from abroad. Interesting data on public satisfaction emerged from the survey administered to over a thousand visitors. Regarding the overall experience, over 80% declared great satisfaction and that they had had a positive experience inside the pavilion dedicated to the area of interest (hunting-shooting-fishing-nautical). The level of safety guaranteed to the pavilions was also appreciated: following a massive social campaign conducted not only by the usual animal rights activists, but also by antagonistic groups, greater checks were still necessary at the entrance, as per the indications of the Public Security Authorities.
A second entry in 2025
For this reason, the organizers announce the opening in 2025 of a second entrance (San Zeno) in addition to the traditional one (Re Teodorico), to shorten waiting times at the entrance, the only flaw detected in the survey administered to visitors in 2024 The presence of novelties and the varied offer are the aspects increasingly appreciated by visitors and one visitor in 10 enjoyed the events organized over the three days. Over half declared that they perceived great availability from the exhibitors. Most also stopped at the shopping area and many made purchases there.
