Three days dedicated to the queen of the woods of the Vanoi Valley, the "brisa". Excursions in search of mushrooms with expert mycologists; workshops and activities for families accompanied by the operators of the Vanoi Ecomuseum; visit to the various exhibitions and the opportunity to taste Trentino products. Food stand with traditional and mushroom-based dishes, dance evenings and market of typical and artisanal products. During the three days of celebration it will be possible to participate in the competition "the heaviest brisa". Event program:
Friday September 13st:
8.00 Guided outing with the experts of the Mycological Group of the Marca Trevigiana PA Saccardo and the local forest guards open to citizens and guests meeting at the Tourist Office of Canal San Bovo. At the end, exhibition and analysis of the mushrooms collected at an agritourism / restaurant, with the possibility of stopping for lunch (reservations required 0439 719041).
15.00 pm Opening of Exhibitions and Fish Market at the former nursery school of Caoria.
15.30 pm “My aromatic bunches” a chat in the aromatic garden of Caoria and laboratory for the preparation of a dryer for the aromatic bunches collected with Dr. Valentina Saitta. Meeting at the Casa del Sentiero Etnografico di Caoria (reservations required 0439 719041).
Cabaret show “Pu busie che poesie” by and with Loredana Cont at the Ana Caoria marquee the bar works.
Saturday 14 September:
8.00 am Guided tour by the experts of the Mycological Group of the Marca Trevigiana PA Saccardo and the local forest guards open to citizens and guests meeting point at the Museum of the Great War of Caoria; at the end, possibility to stop for lunch at an agritourism / restaurant (reservations required 0439 719041)
9.00 am Muccandando in Stalla. Departure walk accompanying the cows from the Lozen mountain hut to Mezzano along paths and forest roads with a genuine snack in Camp. Return to the Lozen hut by bus at 12.30 / 13 pm and the possibility of having lunch at the hut. Reservations required 0439 719041 paid activities.
10.00 am Opening of exhibitions, fish market and exhibition of the works of the "Vanoi Incanti d'estate" competition at the former nursery school of Caoria.
15.30 Caoria party tent: "Tasting by the Dolomites Cheese Route with cheeses from the Primiero Dairy, accompanied by sauces from Agritur Dalaip dei Pape, honey from El Rasabeck beekeeping and craft beer from BioNoc Brewery ' : all strictly prime-time productions! "
18.00 Opening of mycological exhibition at the parish oratory of Caoria and intervention of mycologists PA Saccardo della Marca Trevigiana.
19.00 pm Opening of the gastronomic stand with a typical local Ana marquee menu.
21.00 pm Evening dance with the Beatrichs.

From the morning markets with stalls of typical local products of artisanal and artistic artefacts and… mushrooms
10.45 am Mass at the parish church of Caoria
11.30 am Parade through the streets with the Folk group of Pieve Tesino
12.00 Mushroom-based lunch at Ana Caoria tent
14.30 pm Performance by the Folk group of Pieve Tesino
15.30 pm Award ceremony of the "Vanoi incanti d'estate" competition and of the "heaviest brisa"
