The title of the bill to which hunters must refer is the fourth, which in turn is divided into four chapters . The first chapter contains the regulations for contributions for the start-up of processing centers for game meat killed during hunting activities . The second chapter, however, introduces changes regarding huntable species and hunting seasons, in order to align everything with the relevant state legislation and provide greater clarity on the Alpine wildlife zone.
Chapter III amends the provisions of Regional Law 6/2008 (wildlife and hunting planning): in particular, the bill aims to increase the versatility of the wildlife plan, for example by replacing the term "ready to hunt" with a phrase more suited to current husbandry techniques. Finally, Chapter IV contains a series of articles on wildlife matters , including game farming, taxidermy, and inland fishing.
