It's been over a month since that Federcaccia Lombardy on behalf of all the Lombard hunting associations, he asked for a meeting with the councilor in writing Fabio Rolfi and to the managers of the Hunting Office on the theme of the rings of decoy birds. A very hot topic, out of control due to the repeated kidnappings carried out by the police against hunters convinced that they have the warnings in order and never having tampered with any ring. The climate of terror created by the controls has convinced hundreds of sheds not to go out hunting precisely because the terms to which the controls refer are undefined.
We need a change in the regional regulatory framework, we need an awareness of the seriousness of the problem from the Lombardy Region, a solution is needed. But after a month, not only was no date set for the meeting but no sign of an answer was given. An administrator who does not answer is wrong, unresponsive officials are in the wrong, a policy that does not address the real and contingent problems of citizens is inadequate. Because no one answers from Milan: they don't know which way to go, don't they have an adequate solution? Let's all get together and join forces surely a solution we find it! But it is not pretending nothing has happened, not answering that you are fulfilling your duty as a public official and as an administrator elected by the citizens.
Or else the Region and the competent Offices tell us that the problem does not interest us, that the guidelines for hunting the rock partridge are more important or Incidence study of the new wildlife plan. At least we expect the intellectual honesty of an answer, without bitterness, without hatred, but we demand it. The silence of the Region is only worsening the situation and instilling in the hunters a sense of discouragement and disbelief towards these evasive attitudes. But the discouragement, the resignation, the disillusionment will pass and we will find the strength to react, legally, civilly, electorally because we cannot crush in this way a passion that is true and permitted by the law made in Rome and worsened by the law made in Milan.
