Need for renewal
The Provincial Council of Federcaccia Brescia, among other things, took stock of the activities of theBrescia's single ATC, both in reference to ordinary and extraordinary activities. This is the report: "Our representatives in ATC Gianpietro Recenti and Oscar Lombardi, vice presidents of the Provincial Council, shared and brought to the attention of the Council the need to renew the delegates of the ATC members for the functioning and for participation in the Assemblies".
Generational change
"It is indeed necessary to point out a certain general disaffection towards participation, we believe perhaps also due to the failure to renew the delegates themselves, partly due to the generational turnover and the overall decline in members and therefore of the delegates themselves. The Council therefore intended to ask President Germano Pe to be able to arrange new elections quickly, perhaps by the end of March, to give new impetus to participation and the approving sharing of choices. It goes without saying that anyone who voluntarily makes themselves available to cover the role of delegate must then, once elected, participate and help in all the tasks that the ATC may need".
Strategic hinge
"And one of the most important tasks is to be able to be a real strategic link between all the Presidents of the hunters and the Management Committee of the Hunting Area. Then of course also to help the Area Councilors in the relationship with the homogeneous areas, through the meetings that are scheduled and that see the presentation of the desires of the territories themselves, as well as the practical organization of activities on the territory itself. It is in fact not understandable that the Councilors alone, moreover ten people for thousands of members and one hundred and thirty-two Municipalities, can also be sufficient to carry out all the activities" (Source: FIDC Brescia-Cacciapensieri).
