Federcaccia Lazio is dissatisfied with the halved pre-opening of the hunting season.
The Federcaccia del Lazio thanks those who attended the event organized this morning in Rome in via Pisana, at the headquarters of the Lazio Regional Council and in particular the vice president of the Agriculture Commission Oscar Tortosa, who received the representatives of hunters and farmers. "We are satisfied for the success of the event - said the Regional President of FIdC Lazio Aldo Pompetti, present together with the presiding councilor Leandro Calzetta and many other managers of the various provinces - even if the news of President Zingaretti's decision to grant the pre-opening next Sunday 1 September beaten yesterday by various news agencies and shooting and spread by the tam tam of hunting sites has meant that many enthusiasts decide not to show up for the appointment. In reality - continues Pompetti - the decision will be published and made official only tomorrow. The reasons for expressing our dissatisfaction remain because, as we have repeatedly recalled, in the Regional Wildlife Hunting Technical Committee the agreed pre-opening days had to be two and in this sense we believe the provision prepared by the Councilor, which granted the pre-opening for Sunday 1st and Sunday 8th September. President Zingaretti evidently had a different opinion, allowing only one of the two days. At this point we would be interested in knowing the reasons and having an official explanation from him. Even if the games seem to be done by now - concludes Pompetti - we will continue to follow the question as we have done since the beginning ”.
