Checks. The hunting surveillance group of the Italian Federation of Hunting of Macerata also this year is carrying out checks in collaboration with the Provincial Police throughout the territory of the Province of Macerata.
As always, it is a reference point for all hunters to have clear and precise information on all the complex regulations governing hunting. In September, a capillary control of the territory, thanks also to the reporting of many hunters, allowed the identification of acoustic signals with electromagnetic operation positioned by poachers to recall the quail, which were then kidnapped by Provincial Police agents.
Once again the conscience of so many honest hunters has made it possible to eliminate this odious form of poaching. The control then continued in the period of passage on the stalking and with the beginning of the collective hunt for wild boar; now the focus is on the illegal practice of woodcock post which offends all hunters, especially dog lovers.
We therefore invite everyone to report these poaching behaviors by calling every day the provincial coordination for hunting surveillance of the Federcaccia di Macerata on 339/5981898 in order to be able to intervene quickly with the reference hunting guards.
The surveillance group is always present on the territory to carry out prevention and information work, but it will be inflexible towards any form of poaching that tarnishes the management and sentinel activity of the territory of the hunters.
