A beautiful sunny day accompanied this one first race of the Befana, reserved for all dog handlers of the fair sex, who challenged each other by leading their trusty 4-legged friends. Representatives of all breeds from pointing and hunting, English and continental, have shown off their skills conducted by our girls who have proven to be able to perform well in this type of competition.
Also worthy of mention is the participation of very young participants, in some cases almost smaller than the dogs they lead, who in some cases also struggled to keep the faithful squires in the shot following the whirl. The event took place under the aegis of a trio of jury (Mazzoleni, Erario, Martorella) who scrupulously evaluated the work of the dogs in order to draw up a ranking, but they also tried to facilitate the meeting for all the participants in order to build a harmonious climate that is suited to the type of event.
Wins the Elite race, English setter led by Emanuela Fusari, According to Oneal, English setter led by Deborah Savoia and third Daisy, English setter led by little Martina Rota. Following, on equal merit, Zara, English Setter by Renata Giovannini, English Eta Pointer by Adriana Besana, Elisa Stefanoni, Elena Ravasi, Lola cocker by Giulia Rota, Zar English Setter by Alessia Regonesi, Petra Setter Gordon by Iwona Salak, Rebecca Tenconi .
An applause goes to the organizer of the event, Christian Priests, assisted by Deborah Savoia, to Renato Novati who supervised everything and to the Provincial Section of Milan / Monza Brianza of the Federcaccia, as well as to the Limbiate section which proves itself as always at the forefront of Lombard hunting canine culture.
